Closer Look at the Nike SB Dunk Low “Vietnam 25th Anniversary”

Original Story (09/29/20): Nike began manufacturing in Vietnam in 1995, making 2020 the 25th anniversary of the relationship between the Asian country and the Beaverton-based company. To celebrate the occasion, it looks like Nike will be releasing a commemorative SB Dunk Low.

This SB Dunk Low comes dressed in a color scheme inspired by the Vietnam flag. It features a white leather base, red overlays, and a triple-stacked embroidered Swoosh with yellow on top and black and red underneath. Other features include a yellow embroidered star on the heel, a remixed tongue logo that swaps out the “SB” for “25,” and a commemorative graphic printed on the toe box. Underneath the upper, there’s a red misole and yellow outsole, both with speckled bits, most likely made from recycled material.
