Original Story (02/10/21): Nike SB is releasing a new colorway of the Dunk Low inspired by handheld camcorders used by the skating community to film their skate parts and sessions.

This SB Dunk Low comes dressed in a grey and black color scheme to resemble the shades of the Sony DCR-VX1000 camcorder, the camera of choice for skaters due to its light weight, top-mounted handle, and its ultra-round Century Optics MK1 fisheye lens. “PEAK,” “REC LEVEL,” “WHT BAL,” and “SHUTTER SPEED” are some of the wordings found on the black overlay, a nod to the settings typically found on handheld camcorders. Additionally, a “CONTROL” setting is found embedded onto the Swoosh, while “PLAYER” is found on the quarter panel. Red and yellow are used for the top eyelets, to resemble record buttons, while aqua blue is used on the heel.

The Nike SB Dunk Low “Camcorder” is set to release on February 20th at Orange Label skate shops in Europe and Asia. Unfortunately, due to production issues, it appears there will be no US release for these. Grab a first look at this colorway below.
