Original Story (09/29/22): Nike has teamed up with a few of its sponsored schools for a series of Dunk Lows as part of its HBCU Yardrunners collection. Following looks at the FAMU, Clark Atlanta, and Tennessee State pairs, we now have an official look at the North Carolina A&T State University colorway.
The North Carolina A&T Dunk Low comes dressed primarily in grey hues with a black Swoosh, hits of Aggie blue on the heel panels, and pops of gold on the tongues and heel branding. Special details include “From Greensboro With Love” on the inner side of the tongue tags, North Carolina A&T’s founding year (1891) on the heels, “AYANTEE” (the name of the school’s yearbook) on the gold laces, and green grass graphics visible through the icy, translucent outsoles.

Update (10/22/22): Each colorway in the Nike Dunk Low “Yardrunners” collection was designed by an alumna or current student from their respective school. The N.C. A&T colorway was designed by senior Arial Robinson.
While each released at NBHD retailers near their respective campuses on October 7th, a second release to coincide with homecoming is going down at The Athlete’s Foot in Winston-Salem on October 25th. Details here. The SNKRS release also takes place on October 25th.
