Chicago boutique Notre has officially launched its third collaboration with Vans Vault, the “Best Served Together” collection. It features three colorways of the OG Style 36 LX, each one inspired by a different café drink — espresso, matcha, and tea. They come crafted with premium materials and feature Notre’s signature handshake motif in place of the standard Vans jazz stripe.
With the collection, Notre aims to highlight an aspect of life that’s common across all cultures, our love for hot beverages, though in a way that also showcases what makes every culture unique. This is in line with Notre’s motto, “There are many ways of doing things besides your own.”
For the release, Notre is hosting a special café pop-up in partnership with local Chicago roaster Metric Coffee. From February 3rd through February 6th, customers can come into Notre and purchase the shoes, as well as apparel and accessories inspired by the collaboration, all while supplies last, while also enjoying complimentary coffee and matcha from the pop-up café.
