In streetwear meets metal news, Obey and Suicidal Tendencies have teamed up to honor the the group’s 30th anniversary. This isn’t some sappy, “look how far we came” collab, Obey teamed up with the founder of Suicidal Tendencies Mike Muir, as well as a few of the artists that contributed to the artwork for them over the years, and the result is a great crossbreed of metal and streetwear, something that is hard to pull off without feeling stale or too “Hot Topic”. From T’s to hoodies to jackets and more, Obey and crew did a great job, and will probably turn on a lot of new fans.
