PUMA has revealed the LQD CELL ONEPIECE, their third sneaker made in collaboration with the popular anime and manga series One Piece. Previous releases included the CELL Endura “Thousand Sunny” and a treasure-inspired CELL Venom.
The LQD CELL ONEPIECE is dressed in a white upper and features a large skull overlay on the toe box. When you shine a light on the sneaker in the dark, the skull shines, thanks to the 3M material used on the skull’s outline. This provides a “Good vs Evil” theme and shows how good and evil can both exist in one entity. This same theme is seen on the picture of Luffy on the insoles.
The LQD CELL ONEPIECE arrives on December 13th 11am at PUMA Japan and select stockists. Both of the previous PUMA x One Piece sneakers will also be re-released at the same time. Check out all three pairs below.
