After offering a glimpse of the collaboration in a recent lookbook, Palace and adidas provide a closer look at their two Stan Smith upgrades that will be releasing as part of their Spring 2021 collection.
The first of the two colorways comes in a pastel offering with shades of pink, light blue and yellow paneling. The colorblocking presents a pleasant aesthetic that revamps the signature white. The second pair in the collection channels more of the original Stan Smith look with a white and green construction. The twist comes with a grey tongue and bubblegum pink sockliner. Palace’s Tri-ferg and the adidas Originals trefoil can be found on the right and left heel tab, respectively, in split color combinations. To finish out the design, a perforated “P” replaces the three-stripe branding, a similar design cue to the 2018 Raf Simons Stan Smith, which featured a perforated “R.” A set of five matching Palace x adidas tees will also be releasing as part of the collaboration.
The Palace Spring 2021 collection launches on the Palace webstore (10am CT) and Palace stores in the US on February 12th. The European webstore will launch the collection on the same day at 12PM CET, while a Japan online and in-store release and China WeChat release is slated for February 13th.
