This past All Star weekend was by far one of the craziest weekends having to do with sneaker releases, as mobs of people stormed House of Hoops locations across the US for one of the most insane Foamposites to date. However, there was another Foamposite One that took the attention away from the Galaxy madness, that you might’ve seen Penny Hardaway wear during the celebrity game. The Nike Air Foamposite One “Shooting Stars” made headlines on Saturday, as Penny Hardaway made his Orlando debut donning the Magic inspired Foamposite. This Nike Air Foamposite One features a White and Blue theme, with Stars and Magic-esque graphics on the insole, eye stay and sole.

In a recent interview, Penny Hardaway made the following statement:

Literally 1-of-1, the Orlando Magic-themed kicks may just be the most exclusive sneakers in the world right now, but Hardaway’s not sure if he’s ready to part with his size 14s just yet, and for what price. “They’re just in my possession and I’m enjoying them,” he laughs. “For my pair? I don’t know. It’s something to think about, you know. If I did auction them off or whatever, the money would go to charity, it wouldn’t come to me. I don’t know if I’m going to auction them off yet. I have to talk to my guy, but I would hope that if they were going to be auctioned off for charity, they would go for a lot of money.”

Whatever this means, be sure that there will be hundreds of individuals bidding on this amazing colorway. Let us know what you think!
