Reebok, in partnership with Hasbro, has unveiled its second Power Rangers collection. This follows the first collection released last June that was inspired by the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television series of the ’90s.
This second collection is also inspired by MMPR, though now Reebok is putting the spotlight on the villians. Included is the previous previewed “Rita Repulsa” colorway of the Instapump Fury, with details including a graphic of Rita’s staff on the pump ball and pony hair on the heel. Also featured is the “Rito Revolto” Hurrikaze II Low (formerly known as the Hurrikaze II Low). This one comes dressed in a neutral bone color with camo on the medial resembling Rito’s outfit. We also have a “Lord Zedd” Answer IV, dressed in red, rippled leather with metallic silver overlays and a blue tube along the lateral side.
Each of the models listed above come with graphic sockliners that depict memorable moments from the show of their respective character. They also come in special packaging unique to their character. Along with the big three, Reebok is also dropping a Zig Dynamica dressed in grey representing Rita’s foot soldiers, the Putty Patrol. Apparel will also be made available, including a “Green Ranger” long sleeve tee, a Megazord-inspired hoodie, and short sleeve tees with retro arcade graphics.
