PUMA and pop superstar have come together to present their first collaboration together, a four-piece capsule titled “Flutur.” This will act as an appetizer for the duo’s first full collection releasing in 2022.
The four-piece capsule is comprised of apparel and footwear with inspiration pulled from ’90s streetwear. Included are black and white baby tees, a black oversized hoodie, and a triple black colorway of the PUMA Mayze. Each piece features a new iridescent butterfly logo, whose design is a combination of Dua’s name and the PUMA formstrip.
“For me butterflies are more than just beautiful creatures, they represent so much, like transformation, hope, and metamorphosis, over this past year the butterfly has become especially symbolic and meaningful to me” said Lipa. “The name of the capsule, ‘Flutur’, is the Albanian word for butterfly. I chose it to pay homage to my heritage while also celebrating this new beginning with PUMA.”
The Dua Lipa x PUMA “Flutur” collection will release globally on Saturday, December 18th on PUMA.com.
