PUMA and The Marathon Clothing are still keeping the legacy of the late Nipsey Hussle alive. Manifested in two new sneaker silhouettes and a tracksuit, the duo’s new collection serves as a tribute to the rapper’s timeless and influential style.
Dubbed “The Hussle Way: MOGUL,” this is the third PUMA x TMC collection of 2021 and follows the “Miami Story” drop in August. The top and pants in the collection take inspiration from the tracksuit that Nipsey wore during the Victory Lap campaign, which was custom designed by Groovey Lew.
Also included is a co-branded tee and a dark navy “Peacoat” colorway of the TMC Ralph Sampson adorned with gold accents and sitting on a white sole. Cobby Supreme, BH, Cuzzy Capone, Killa Twan, J Stone, and Pacman Da Gunman are featured in the campaign visuals.
A special addition to the collection is the Alexander John x TMC designed Marathon RS-X3 to honor Nipsey’s 2010 “The Marathon Mixtape.” The pairs feature premium suede, perforated leather, and an “IHUSSLE” tag. This one comes comes in black and white colorways with red toe boxes, each priced at $150 USD.
The PUMA x TMC “Mogul” collection and the TMC Marathon RS-X3 are available starting today, December 17th on PUMA.com, The Marathon Clothing website, and select retailers such as DTLR, Shoe Palace, and Karmaloop.
