Nipsey Hussle’s name is cemented in history not only for his music, but also for his entrepreneurial spirit and perseverance. Following the release of their “MOGUL” capsule, PUMA and The Marathon Clothing (TMC) continue to honor the late Nipsey Hussle with two more installations to THE HUSSLE WAY series.
The first capsule, titled “LL” (Long Live), features a recreation of the iconic tracksuit Nipsey wore in the music video for his Grammy Award-winning record “Racks in the Middle.” The premium white velour tracksuit is adorned with red and navy stripes and was created by Nipsey and Groovey Lew specifically for the video. For the campaign, PUMA and TMC brought Nipsey’s grandmother back on the jet, paying homage to the song and music video. “See my granny on a jet, some shit I’ll never forget.”
The second collection is PUMA and TMC’s essentials offering, dubbed “Everyday Hussle.” The assortment is comprised of hoodies, crewnecks, sweatpants, shorts, and tees in four colorways of red, blue, black, and grey with PUMA TMC co-branding.
The PUMA x TMC LL collection is set to launch on April 15th on PUMA.com, the PUMA New York flagship store, and online and in-store via The Marathon Clothing. The Everyday Hussle capsule drops May 26th.
