Puma and The Marathon Clothing Drop All-New Tracksuit

0

After an initial drop last year, PUMA has once again teamed up with the late Nipsey Hussle’s The Marathon Clothing for an all-new tracksuit celebrating the rapper’s life and a re-release of some of their initial collection together.

Nipsey had been intimately involved with the original collection right up until his death in March of 2019, and the pattern and design of the tracksuit was all made with his direct input. A year after its initial release last August, PUMA is bringing back select items from the original release alongside an all-new white tracksuit. The pieces are simple and tasteful; PUMA and TMC co-branded rubber badges grace the chest/thigh of the jacket and sweatpants, and similar logos hang off a tab on the PUMA x TMC California sneaker. The entire capsule adds up to a straightforward collection of luxe basics that commemorate Hussle’s legacy as an artist, activist, and entrepreneur.

Both white/red and black/red versions of the sneakers and tracksuits will be available in this month’s drop alongside three co-branded PUMA x TMC tees. The drop is set to release via PUMA’s webstore (midnight EST tonight), The Marathon Clothing’s physical location in Los Angeles, and PUMA’s New York City flagship store on September 12th. Pricing is set at $100 for the jackets, $90 for the pants and sneakers, and $40 for the tees. You can find lookbook photos featuring family and friends of Nipsey down below.
