The Nike Air Yeezy 2 “Red” or “Yeezyus” has finally received a release date. Releasing on June 18th, 2013 is the “Red” Nike Air Yeezy 2 that’s been making headlines ever since Kanye West wore them on SNL. However, rumors have it that there won’t by any type of pre orders, camping or anything like that. Rumors have it that only 1,000 pairs tickets for this Yeezy will be randomly inserted in the “Yeezus” CD case come June 18th. So if you’ve been finding a fair chance to cop these babies, here it is. Watch out for the Nike Air Yeezy 2 come June 18th, 2013.

  1. This guy knows people don’t buy cd’s any more it’s a scam to sell records. This dude could sell a million of these kicks this is a joke. Shoe game fucked hip hop game even worse

    • SneakerHeadVin Actually, he gets more money selling album than shoes. Nike will probably takes a huge chunk of the money for the shoes and leave him with less than 25% compare to the album in which he will get over 50-75%.

      • @Tony SneakerHeadVin Yes, but people done buy physical albums that much anymore, most people buy digital media now days, that why most small music stores have closed. So this is a gimmick to get people to buy the actual hard disc album as well. And he may make a bigger percentage off his music sales. But the cost of an album is 10%-20% the cost of a shoe. He isn’t dumb he’s making stupid money off both!

  2. He can actually rap so I don’t even know why he has to do this…..  still not as rare as the what the lebron but will sell for 6K easy

  3. I think this is a real good market approach for him. it will quadruple his sells because even people who don’t like his music and just want to get lucky with the shoes will buy 5 or 6 of his albums.
