RHUDE and Canada Goose have unveiled their collaborative outerwear capsule celebrating NBA All-Star Weekend 2021. The collection, first teased last month by RHUDE founder and creative director Rhuigi Villaseñor, marks the beginning of a multiyear partnership between Canada Goose and the NBA.
RHUDE, known for balancing luxury with streetwear elements, takes on four signature Canada Goose silhouettes for the impending release. The Portage Jacket, Macmillan Parka, Freestyle Vest, and the Chilliwack Bomber are all designed for year-round usage. Each piece has been tailored to combat the natural elements and reflects the Canada Goose heritage with distinct design cues from RHUDE. Canada Goose badges, NBA insignias, as well as RHUDE banners detailing each silhouette mark the three-way collaboration.
The ever-versatile Portage Jacket, a customizable relaxed-fit trench coat, comes in a green and dark camo offering as well as a solid blue, retailing for $750 USD. The capsule’s two parkas, the Chilliwack Bomber and Macmillan Parka are priced at $1,095 USD, with the Macmillan Parka coming in two colorways, a muted camel and a green camouflage. Finally, the Freestyle Vest will be available in a caramel and a vivid orange take for $595 USD.
The RHUDE x Canada Goose NBA collection releases via the Canada Goose website and select Canada Goose stores in the US and Canada on March 5th, two days before the NBA All-Star 2021 festivities in Atlanta. Check out the official campaign images below.
