Ronnie Fieg got his sneaker collaboration start with the Asics Gel-Lyte III in 2007, so it’s only right for Fieg to go big to celebrate the model’s 30th anniversary.
Dubbed “The Palette,” Ronnie Fieg has created 30 colorways of the Gel-Lyte III comprised of the 30 most used colors in Kith’s 9-year history. Each pair features a premium pigskin suede upper, with a sole tinted in a different complementing color from collection’s color palette. The pair with the “Monsoon” upper, for example, is paired with the “Asteroid” sole, and vice versa. Following the release of the collection, Cyber Monday’s edition of Kith’s Monday Program will celebrate “The Palette” with a collection of 30 classic Kith logo tonal embroidered hoodies dressed in the same 30 colors.
The Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel-Lyte III “The Palette” collection will be available to the public at all Kith shops and via Kith.com on Black Friday, November 27th at 11am ET, with each of the 30 styles limited to 300 pairs and each pair retailing for $180 USD. An early access drawing for has been emailed out to select customers that have previously purchased a Fieg x ASICS collab from Kith.
