Ronnie Fieg’s professional history with Clarks goes back to 2008 when the two worked on their first project together. Fieg’s love for the brand, however, has been lifelong, as the Kith founder recalls wearing Wallabees since middle school. Today, Fieg announces a new partnership with Clarks Originals, which sees the two embarking onto a new category of footwear.

Talks between Fieg and Clarks on this project began two years ago, when Fieg explained his vision for the brand of them foraying into a space that “sits between brown shoes and athletic footwear.” After seeing Fieg’s passion for this concept, the two decided to take on this new venture together. Thus, 8th St by Ronnie Fieg for Clarks Originals was born.

As Category Creator, Fieg will be introducing original silhouettes of his design executed with the pinnacle craftsmanship of Clarks Originals. Two silhouettes will be introduced this season, one of which is called the Lockhill, which Fieg has previewed in a tan, red, and forest green color scheme.
