Round Two, the boutique known across the United States for its curated selection of vintage apparel, rare sneakers, and “hyped” brands, opened its doors this past weekend in Chicago. With stores in Richmond, New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami, this marks the first time that a Round Two location opens in the Midwest.

While the stores in the other cities tended to outgrow their physical spaces, Sean Wotherspoon and the rest of the team planned ahead when choosing the location for the Chicago store. Miami, New York City, and Los Angeles all have multiple Round Two locations, split into Round Two and Round Two Vintage. The Chicago location is the largest Round Two to date and has both stores built into one; the first floor housing Round Two Chicago, while the second floor houses Round Two Vintage. The store is located at 1501 N Milwaukee Ave, in the trendy Wicker Park neighborhood.

Sean Wotherspoon, known for creating the fan-favorite Nike Air Max 1/97 hybrid sneaker, first opened Round Two in Richmond, VA in 2013 with his friends Chris Russow and Luke Fracher.

We were able to get a sneak peek at the store prior to the grand opening and chat with Sean Wotherspoon, Chris Russow, Luke Fracher and Adam Fineman. Thanks to the whole Round Two fam for the hospitality and check out the flicks below.
