Rowing Blazers and FILA have teamed up for the Fall/Winter 2021 season on the launch of a ski-inspired apparel collection.
The collection pays homage to FILA’s history in winter sports and legendary mountaineer Reinhold Messner. In 1979, the Italian sportswear brand outfitted Messner during his ascent of K2, a feat he accomplished without supplemental oxygen. Messner’s dubbed the route he took the “Magic Line,” which later became the name of FILA’s 1988 ski-wear collection.
Rowing Blazers reworks FILA’s “Magic Line” collection for this collaboration, bringing back the the vibrant color palettes and patterns of the late ’80s and early ’90s. The collection includes two ski jackets, a vest, fleece joggers and pullover, four rugbies, two tees, a beanie, and a fanny pack.
