Following the release of the widely anticipated collaboration between Salehe Bembury and ANTA last month, the duo are gearing up to release another indulgent capsule of SB-01 and SB-02 colorways.
Recent posts on Bembury’s Spunge Instagram show the collection sported by actress Jaime King. This second drop includes every colorway of the high-top SB-01 as well as a couple of the low-top SB-02. The SB-01’s key feature is the removable inner sock-boot. Depending on the wearer’s decision, it can versatilely be worn alone or with the outer shell and outsole. The SB-02 will include the “Chai” and “Chicle Cream” colorways (previewed in the announcement photos) donning the familiar upper overall design. Both silhouettes will sit comfortably on Nest cushioning, inspired by Bembury’s daily hikes and the birds’ nests he frequently encounters.
The Salehe Bembury and ANTA collection of SB-01s and SB-02s will be available via the Spunge webstore on February 24th at 10 AM PST. Keeping consistent with his mission for affordably priced footwear, the SB-01 comes with a $120 USD price tag with the SB-02 coming in at $90 USD.
