After taking us to Japan with the Shadow 6000 “Kintsugi,” Saucony now takes us to the Caribbean island of Saint Barthélemy with a special “St. Barth” edition of the Shadow 5000.
For this release, Saucony gives its old-school runner an island-inspired revamp. The beige perforated nubuck upper and premium suede overlays nod to the French-speaking island’s sandy beaches, while the aqua-green accents are inspired by the surrounding Atlantic Ocean waters. Additional details include an aqua-green see-through sole and a rendition of the St. Barth coat of arms on the tongue tags.
