Building off the success of last year’s “Food Fight” colorway, Saucony once again uses cuisine as inspiration for a new iteration of the Shadow 6000.
For this release, Saucony brings the flavor of New York’s famous strawberry cheesecake to its classic Shadow 600 silhouette. Uppers come dressed in a light beige, representing the dessert’s fluffy body, while the soles are inspired by the graham cracker crust. It’s not New York style if there’s no strawberries on top, represented by the seed-covered tongue and laces. Tongue tags are replaced with strawberry motifs, with additional strawberries found on the insoles.
