The partnership between the long-running animated TV show The Simpsons and adidas has brought us some interesting footwear releases recently. The Krusty Burger ZX 10000 kicked things off, followed by the Flaming Moe’s ZX 1000, the Squishee Superstar, and the Duff Beer Forum Low. While those releases were all under the adidas Originals umbrella, we also have some more budget-friendly adidas Essentials styles.
The Three Stripes is offering two of its classic tennis footwear-inspired models, the Advantage and Grand Court, in Bart Simpson-themed makeups. The Advantage features a graphic of Bart spray painting his graffiti tag “El Barto” onto the white side panel, as well as a Bart skull and crossbones graphic on the black heel panel. The Grand Court, on the other hand, features a graphic of Bart laying down with his legs crossed next to the black Three Stripes branding. A similar skull and crossbones graphic appears on the heel with “El Barto” written underneath.
Both Bart-themed Simpsons x adidas sneakers are available now on the adidas website (Advantage / Grand Court), each priced at $65 USD. Other The Simpsons x adidas styles available include a pair of Lisa adilette Slides, Bart adilette Slides, and an “El Barto” Lite Racer 3.0.
