Update (11/01/19): Soulland has announced the release date of their third collab with Nike SB, dubbed “FRI.day 03.” It launches on November 22.

Update (11/14/19): Soulland has released more details on their third Nike SB collab. While FRI.day 01 focused on Copenhagen and FRI.day 02 on LA, FRI.day 03 will draw inspiration from Japanese skate and sneaker culture.

Soulland’s Silas Adler speaks on this release: “As a kid, I remember seeing a photography of my favorite pros sitting on a curb in Tokyo. They were not wearing skate shoes or any apparel from their sponsors at the time. They were wearing Nike sneakers in colorways that I had never seen before. Silver details, shiny colors and crazy materials. They were Air Jordans, Air Force 1s, Dunks and Blazers! That picture made me understand the connection between style, fashion and skateboarding! It really sparked my curiosity and opened my eyes for another world and new cultures not often portrayed in skateboard media. The picture shaped the kind of footwear I wanted and needed to be wearing when I was not skating. From there the hunt began! Skateboarding and the gravitation towards sneakers have, ever since then, defined my taste in shoes.”

As for where you can purchase these kicks, they will be available at Soulland’s store in Copenhagen, Mortar Tokyo, SNEAKRS app (EU), and select skate shops around Europe and Japan. No stateside release is expected.
