Along with their Missoni collaboration, this week’s Supreme drop also features the release of Sun Damage, a photo book by Harmony Korine.

Supreme has worked with a ton of artists over the years, though none have had a closer relationship with the NYC streetwear brand than filmmaker and photographer Harmony Korine. Their shared history begins in the summer of 1994 with the filming of the coming-of-age film Kids, written by a teenaged Korine. Skaters are seen rocking Supreme gear throughout the film, shortly after the brand opened its first store on Lafayette Street. Korine has since shot various campaign photos and videos for Supreme throughout the years.

Sun DamageĀ features various photographs shot by Harmony Korine for Supreme. This book can be seen as a follow-up to the Supreme Vol. 2 Hardcover Monograph released in 2019, which featured Korine’s works amongst those of other photographers, and also featured a poem by Korine dedicated to the NYC label.

Sun Damage by Harmony Korine releases this Thursday, November 18 at Supreme locations and on the Supreme website.
