The Mortal Kombat 11 roster will soon be growing in some interesting ways. During Gamescom 2019, Netherrealm announced the lineup of characters that will be included in the Kombat Pack DLC.
The pack includes series favorites like Sindel, Nightwolf, and Shang Tsung (modeled after the 1995 Mortal Kombat movie version played by Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa), but also keeps with the tradition of including unexpected characters, like Jason Vorhees in MKX. This time around, Spawn, Terminator T-800, and everyone’s favorite clown The Joker are also added to the mix. There is no mention of Evil Dead’s chainsaw-wielding Ash Williams, a character that’s been teased and leaked numerous times. It’s still possible that he will join the roster sometime next year.
Nightwolf and Shang Tsung are already available to those that own the Kombat Pack DLC. Terminator will become available on October 8th; Sindel on November 26th; Joker on January 28th; and Spawn on March 17th. Take a look at the Mortal Kombat 11 Kombat Pack trailer below.
