Original Story (02/02/22): Korean streetwear label thisisneverthat has announced a new collaboration with New Balance.
From the announcement video, we see that the collection will include various apparel pieces such as a varsity jacket, a hoodie, pants, and a beanie, though the focus is on the Seoul-based brand’s collaboration on the 860v2. The shoe comes dressed in white perforated leather, glossy white leather on the quarter panels, tonal smooth leather overlays, and reflective details. Underfoot is an slightly yellowed N-ergy midsole and a black rubber outsole.
The thisisneverthat x New Balance collection featuring the 860v2 launches in-store and online on Thursday, 10am KST, which in US time is Wednesday, February 9th at 8pm EST. Check out the teaser trailer above and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for a reveal of the full collection.
