Tommy Hilfiger’s Tommy Jeans and AAPE by A BATHING APE are back with their second collection, following their initial collaboration back in 2020. Aesthetically, the collection borrows from 90’s and early-2000’s fashion to expand on the nostalgia vibes from the previous capsule, only this time with winter in mind instead of summer.
The collection is comprised of unisex pieces that combine both brand’s DNA in their design. This fusion is best executed on the camo plaid print, a combination of AAPE’s signature camo and Tommy’s heritage plaid. This pattern is used on hoodies, tees, and on the fleece liner of the 2-in-1 windbreaker jacket, which can be removed from the hooded shell. Other stand-out pieces include a black puffer jacket with a camo Tommy flag, a hooded denim jacket, denim overalls, and a reversible puffer vest.
