After catching glimpses of the collection earlier this year on the feet of athletes like Demar Derozan, the globally renowned sneaker boutique UNDEFEATED has provided an official look at the four colorways of the Kobe 4 Protro that will release on Mamba Day.
Each colorway sports a patent leather upper in colors that represent the teams of the members of Team Kobe: Los Angeles Lakers purple and gold for Kyle Kuzma, Phoenix Suns orange and purple for Devin Booker, San Antonio Spurs teal and mango for Demar Derozan, and fir green for Milwaukee Bucks’ Giannis Antetokounmpo. Kobe’s jersey numbers 8 and 24 are found on each heel, positioned above UNDEFEATED branding. Each tongue also features mismatched branding: UNDEFEATED’s “Five Strikes” logo is seen on the left pair and Kobe’s “Sheath” logo is seen on the right pair.
Look for all four colorways in the UNDEFEATED x Nike Kobe 4 Protro collection to release on August 24 at UNDFTD locations and nike.com for a retail price of $180 USD each.
