Rumors have been circulating of a Union x Air Jordan 4 collab as the masses anticipate a follow-up to the Union AJ1, a sneaker which many believe to be the 2018 sneaker of the year.
Union’s own Chris Gibbs previously stated in an interview with Complex, “We’re definitely circling the wagons around the Jordan 4s. It’s not 100 percent confirmed yet, but that’s kind of where it’s at.”
The Los Angeles shop added fuel to the hype today. Without officially confirming the release, the Union LA twitter account posted a photo a Tinker Hatfield sketch from 1988 created while designing the Air Jordan 4 silhouette. In an attempt to calm their eager fans, Union followed up with another tweet telling sneaker twitter to “take a deep breath.”
The Union x Air Jordan 4 is expected to release sometime in 2020. Inhale, exhale, and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates on this release.
It's just a photo found online guys… Let's all take a deep breath.
