UNIQLO & White Mountaineering Launch First Collaboration

UNIQLO and Japanese brand White Mountaineering are partnering for an outerwear and fleece collection. The first collab between the two will capture the spirit of the outdoors while maintaining the functionality required by high-intensity outdoor activities.

White Mountaineering designer Yosuke Aizawa adapted his styles to fit well in the UNIQLO line, based around the premise that “people move.” Based on this principle, pieces in the collection are able to handle stress but still be worn on the daily. The collection also features items for the whole family, taking on colors and materials that speak on the strengths of each brand. Pieces include the UNIQLO Hybrid Down, parkas, capes, and fleece jackets. Each highlights layering and padding for a protective fit, even translating the styles into kids iterations.

The first drop from the UNIQLO x White Mountaineering collection will be available in the US beginning November 1st at all UNIQLO stores and on UNIQLO.com. Prices range from $19.90 to $149.90 USD.
