Vans Vault is set to release two colorways of the Old Skool Cap silhouette next month with a mixed patchwork “Regrind” aesthetic.
The Old Skool will come in two different colorways that include a mix of materials like canvas, suede, and leather in a mix of solid and checkered patterns. The shoes will also take on a deconstructed and DIY look with an exposed sponge on the sock liner and Jazz Stripe, plus sewn on elements on the heel, eyestays, and above the midsole. The first colorway comes in a mix of pastel and neutral tones on the toe, heel and eyestays with a multi-colored checkered pattern on the side panels. The second colorway comes with brown suede on the toe, heel, and eyestays, with a red and mustard yellow checkered pattern on the outer side panel and red and mustard yellow solid color on the inner side panel. Completing the look are the subtle details of the heel pull tab with “Please Tear Here” along the seam and an upside-down Off the Wall logo.
