Chicago designer Des Owusu (aka Des Money) of Fat Tiger Workshop and his streetwear label We All We Got (WAWG) are the latest to partner with Foot Locker as part of the retailer’s Home Grown program. The platform is dedicated to showcasing local streetwear designers from key cities across the nation. WAWG will be joining fellow brands Fake Decent, Gratitude Chicago, Jugrnaut, Icon The Collection, and Hooligan Brand as part of the Chicago Home Grown community.

WAWG will be launching a collection of apparel titled “Remember The Good Times,” inspired by the nostalgia of the good times. Good times for Des include “2 for $89.99” deals at Foot Locker, chasing the ice cream man down the block, and planning how to stretch a dollar before spending it all at the candy lady’s house.

The collection is comprised of three tees, track pants, socks, and two bags. Many of the pieces feature WAWG’s signature “Chicago Girls Do It Better” motto. Coming full circle, the collection will launch at a South Side Chicago Foot Locker where Des would shop with his mom as a reward for good grades.

The WAWG x Foot Locker “Remember The Good Times” collection launches at a pop-up event at the Foot Locker store on 87th and Cottage Grove on Saturday, September 4th, running from 11am to 6pm. Retail prices range from $22 to $70 USD. Check out the campaign video and lookbook photos below.
