Just last week, Young Thug dropped his latest project So Much Fun. It’s the ATL rapper’s most successful album to date and has been receiving a lot of praise from both music critics and fans. During his press run following the album release, Young Thug shared that he has another album scheduled to drop later this year, titled Punk. In his Rolling Stone interview, Young Thug believes that Punk is his best album since it will let fans see more of Thugger’s real side. “…it’s more like real life. It’s more like Tupac.”
But that’s not all. Young Thug went on Big Boy’s Neighborhood and confirmed that he also has a project with Chicago’s Juice WRLD on the way. When talking about Juice, Young Thug said, “He’s magical. He don’t just wanna put [the album] out, we’re doing a sketch, we’re doing a 45-minute movie with this album.”
We first heard about this collab project from Juice WRLD back in May, but haven’t heard much about it since. We got a sneak peek at the two rapper’s chemistry on the So Much Fun track “Mannequin Challenge”.
