adidas Outdoor studied urban consumers from different cities with varying weather conditions to bring us the MYSHELTER jacket franchise, encouraging people living in urban environments to explore the outside.

MYSHELTER aims to give people a protective shell to “empower people to spend time outdoors. Not just in the great outdoors, but in urban environments” says adidas Outdoor GM, Tim Janaway. Their first jacket will be the MYSHELTER rain jacket and it will allow “creators to be creative outdoors living their lives, no matter the weather. MYSHELTER encourages them to explore and keeps them protected and comfortable.” 

The MYSHELTER rain jacket is lightweight with a seam-sealed design to keep the wearer dry against the rain while also having a breathable membrane as to not trap in heat while on the move. The jacket also flaunts a unique carry strap design for hands-free commuting, a high collar with an adjustable stow-away hood, and a back-yoke overlay for added water protection. Completing the look is black reflective adidas branding on a yellow base for high visibility on city streets.

The MYSHELTER rain jacket launches on September 2nd for $230 USD at select retailers and adidas.com.
