When Kanye West signed with adidas, shit got real. The underdog in the sneaker industry quickly became one of the most talked about brands, as soon as Ye confirmed his move with the three stripes. Ever since then, anything Adidas x Ye’ related has been making headlines and this is only the beginning. Two of the most talked about silhouettes this year, is the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 and 750. The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 has seen multiple colorways within 6 months since it’s debut, while the 750 has only released once.

With Kanye West officially signed with adidas, what does that mean for the YZY x Boost line? Could we see Ye take full creative control and collaborate with the consortium roster? An interesting concept that would definitely be the icing on the cake in our opinion, would be a collaboration with Bape. If you know your Kanye West history, He’s associated with Bape throughout most of his years as an artist as well as becoming close friends with Bape’s founder Nigo.

Why Bape out of all of the brands he can collaborate with? Bape is consortium. If both Kanye West and Bape rekindle for a late 2000’s themed collaboration, it would only be right. Here’s a look at what we imagine the collaboration to look like. Signature Bape camo colored Primeknit, army green outsole – possibilities are endless. Let us know if you’d cop these if they released.
