The Three Stripes will be bringing back Tracy McGrady’s “All-Star” T-Mac 1 in celebration of its 20th anniversary in 2022.
The Hall of Famer first wore these T-Mac 1s during the 2002 NBA All-Star Game, where he scored 24 points and had the highlight play of the night, an off-the-glass alley-oop slam dunk. The shoe was brought back in 2012 for its 10th anniversary, with “2002” and the Philadelphia Liberty Bell embroidered on the heels in red, commemorating the city that hosted the 2002 All-Star Game. The 2022 version features these additions, as well as a “20” on the lateral heel replacing McGrady’s uniform number (1), to mark this as a 20th anniversary release.
