Original Story (03/17/21): Arriving earlier this year in “Mist Slate” and “Shale Warm” (aka “Wakaran”) colorways, Kanye West and adidas are set to release a new “Frosted Blue” edition of the YEEZY 500 High.
Though many of YEEZY’s past releases have come dressed in earth tones, the “Frosted Blue” 500 High continues the recent trend of blue YEEZY releases, such as the 700 V3 “Kyanite,” the “Frozen Blue” QNTM, and the “Taupe Blue” DSRT BT. Its puffy neoprene base comes in a bright blue hue, with suede and leather overlays dressed in a muted aqua blue. Grey hues dress the neoprene tongue, the suede eyelet panels, and suede toe box, as well as the adiPRENE sole unit.
The adidas YEEZY 500 High “Frosted Blue” is slated to arrive this April via adidas.com/YEEZY, YEEZY SUPPLY, and select retailers. Check out the official images below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for an exact release date.
