Original Story (09/22/20): Earlier this year, a black Air Jordan 3 with purple accents surfaced, though this shoe was not expected to drop as reports surfaced that the release was cancelled. Now, a new report indicates that this “Court Purple” Air Jordan 3 will indeed be getting a release.
This Air Jordan 3 is dressed in black leather with Cement Grey elephant print overlays. The color accents are reminiscent of the Phoenix Suns team colors with purple found throughout, primarily on the ankle collar and midsole, while orange can be found on the border of the embroidered Jumpman logo on the tongue, on part of the outsole, the inside of the tongue, the insoles, and on the AIR branding on the heel below the purple Jumpman logo.
