With Kobe Bryant ready to hang up his jersey, Jordan Brand has something special in store for those that have been following the Mamba throughout his career.

Back in 2003, Kobe Bryant wore a handful of Player Exclusives that included the Air Jordan 3, Air Jordan 8, Air Jordan 7 and an Air Jordan 9. In February, Jordan Brand is planning to release a double pack that consists of the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 8. Now we all know Jordan Brand wanted to keep the 3’s locked in the vault for sometime but not just yet. Both retros will feature the Lakers colorway of Purple, Gold and White and will come in a pack retailing at $500. No word on a release date but these are said to drop next month.

  1. As I’ve ALWAYS said, and i’m sure I could copy and paste this into a million other threads. JB always does the dumbest things.

Whether it’s ruining a shoe with random suede (Retro Flu Games), making an amazing colorway GS only, making an amazing shoe with potential a lowtop…or now this.

Lakers fans are a HUGE market, I always wished these would release yet figured they wouldn’t. They FINALLY do, and they make them a $500 package? *Nick Young Face*

      • I’m guessing you’re a 15 year old. Money isn’t the problem, I’m sure you wouldn’t understand that concept.

        • money means nothing to me but you on the internet complaining about prices get the money to buy it if you don’t have it or shut up nobody wanna see you crying that aint gone change shit and I’m 20 btw haha

          • It’s all good man, you’re still young and don’t understand principle.
            Be blessed kid.
