Yoon Ahn has provided the first teaser for the next AMBUSH x Nike project. After dropping a handful of Dunk Highs throughout the past year, it appears that the next model to get the AMBUSH treatment will be the Nike Air Adjust Force.
Shifting from the Dunk High to the Air Adjust Force is a natural progression, as both were originally introduced as collegiate basketball silhouettes, the former in the mid ’80s and the latter in the mid ’90s. The Air Adjust Force is remembered for its interchangeable FitWrap stability strap that came in a variety of team-oriented colors. Yoon’s teaser photo of the upcoming AMBUSH version gives us a look at a portion of the outsole, which incorporates recycled Nike Grind material in its construction.
Check out YOON’s teaser photo of the AMBUSH x Nike Air Adjust Force below. A 2021 release would be fitting, as this year is the model’s 25th anniversary, though we’ll have to wait to see . Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
