A Bathing Ape and Sanrio are coming together to release a Hello Kitty BABY MILO collection in celebration of Japanese “kawaii” culture. The two first released a collaborative collection in 2010, and this collection features many of the same products and designs from that initial collab released over ten years ago.
Hello Kitty is one of the most recognizable characters in the world, with Hello Kitty products sold in over 130 countries. She’s joined by BABY MILO, one of the most iconic characters in streetwear, in this collection of apparel, footwear, and accessories. One of the tees feature BABY MILO and Hello Kitty holding hands, while another design shows the two joined by a cast of Sanrio characters in BABY MILO form: My Melody, Little Twin Stars, and Patty & Jimmy. Other designs show BABY MILO carrying Hello Kitty, the two drawn in a style that resembles the animation of the Hello Kitty’s Paradise TV show. Also included in the collection is a mug and a reissue of the Hello Kitty BAPESTA.
