Carhartt Introduces Collection Inspired By ‘The Batman’

Carhartt, in partnership with Warner Bros and DC, is launching a limited-edition collection to celebrate the new The Batman film starring Robert Pattinson.

The collection shares the spirit of toughness and determination of Gotham’s masked vigilante and draws inspiration from Batman’s crime-stopping gear. The range includes workwear staples such as a chore coat, hoodies, tees, and beanies.

The chore coat draws inspiration from Batman’s modular tool belt, with plenty of pockets that can house tools for any task at hand. Dressed in all black, the coat is constructed of a quilted lining, adjustable cuffs, extra stretch across the shoulders, and pleated elbows for increased flexibility. Other key elements include a reflective black and white Carhartt patch along with a Batman patch on the left chest pocket and a hidden message “I am the shadows” visible under the collar.

The medium-weight black hoodies are designed with a loose fit for extra comfort. One version features a co-branded logo design on the chest, while the second variation features reflective branding on each sleeve. Both come with a reflective Carhartt patch on the kangaroo pocket.

The collection also features a classic Carhartt pocket tee adorned with a reflective Carhartt patch and a colony of bats taking flight into the darkness. Also included is a selection of beanies, one of which is inspired by Selina Kyle (aka Catwoman), the design slightly modified to look like cat ears. Rounding out the offerings is a pack of DIY iron-on patches that can be placed on any of the pieces in the collection.

The Carhartt x The Batman collaborative capsule is set to release on April 6th exclusively on the Carhartt website.
