As a follow-up to its “Thanos” colorway in 2020’s adidas A-ZX series, Berlin-based creative collective deadHYPE delivers a new collab on the adidas ZX 8000.
Dressed in a “Triple Black” color scheme, this ZX 8000 comes with a black nubuck upper paired with black leather overlays. The only break from this murdered out color scheme is the green co-branding on the insoles and the extra sets of green and white laces. These are constructed with waterproof GORE-TEX technology and feature GORE-TEX branding on the medial side, while the lateral side reads “ZX8000-dH.”
deadHYPE is known for bridging the gaps between art, fashion and music. For this release, the collection joined forces with END. and digital creative studio NEWFORMAT to create custom video artwork in support of the launch. This is available to view above.
The deadHYPE x adidas ZX 8000 GTX is available starting today, March 4th, at European retailers such as END. and Offspring.
