Joe Freshgoods Partners with 7-Eleven for His Next Collab

“The Corner Store Was My Gift Shop” has been a motto used by Joe Freshgoods since his takeover of ComplexCon Chicago in 2019. The Chicago designer is taking that motto to the next level with an official partnership with 7-Eleven, the largest chain of corner stores in the world.

This collaboration kicks off the chain’s Brainfreeze SZN™ campaign, described as “a super chill season celebrating all things summer, Slurpee®, skating and street culture.” The limited-edition JFG x 7-Eleven capsule collection includes sweats, shirts, and socks, along with collectible sticker packs.

“I’m beyond excited to bring this collab with 7-Eleven to life,” said Freshgoods. “Growing up in Chicago, I would always hit up the local 7-Eleven on Division and Lockwood to grab a Slurpee drink or a snack and just hang out with friends. While that store is now closed, the brand reminds me of being young and free, so I had a lot of fun coming up with these designs in the iconic orange, green and red colors that 7-Eleven fans and skaters alike are going to love.”

The first drop of the Joe Freshgoods x 7-Eleven collection will be available on May 13th at 7:11PM ET on the JFG website, with a second drop slated for May 27th at the same time and place. Prices range from $10 to $90 USD. Learn more about 7-Eleven’s Brainfreeze SZN here.
