KAWS has teamed up with Easy Otabor’s Infinite Archives to a release special edition tees in support of the non-profit organization Rebuild Foundation.
Rebuild was founded by Chicago-based artist and social innovator Theaster Gates with the goal of rebuilding the cultural foundations of underinvested neighborhoods. The organization supports artists and strengthens communities by providing free arts programming and creating new cultural amenities on the South Side of Chicago.
The tees come in white and black colorways, both featuring “REBUILD” on the chest in red in KAWS’ signature bubble letter characters. “IA” branding appears on the back of the neck in the same style, albeit in a smaller font.
The KAWS x Infinite Archives tees will be available on Wednesday, June 1st at 12pm CT on the Infinite Archives website, with all profits going to Rebuild Foundation. Check out both colorways below.
