In celebration of PUMA’s Suede 50th Anniversary campaign, PUMA sets to release 50 sneakers inspired by fashion, pop culture, music and various talents.
Hong Kong artist Michael Lau is set to release his second “Suede Sample”, which follows the same prototype concept as his first release. The shoe is constructed of a sample-style leather on the suede upper, heel, PUMA logo, tongue and lacing system, giving a custom feel. “50 Sample Suede Not For You Only For Me” is seen on the lower heel, as well as the lace tag, while the back heels feature the Chinese characters for “left” and “right.”
To go along with the shoe, Lau and PUMA have created seven matching sample figures in different shades of Grey that will come in each pair bought in Hong Kong, Singapore and China.
The Michael Lau x PUMA Suede Sample is now available at PUMA.com and at select retailers worldwide.
