Nike Korea Releases the Air Max 95 “Mugunghwa”

0

Following last year’s Air Max 95 “Pollen Rise” release, Nike Korea welcomes the coming springtime with another floral rendition of the Sergio Lozano-designed sneaker.

While last year’s release was inspired by forsythias, the official flower of Seoul, this release draws inspiration from the mugunghwa, the Korean national flower. The sneaker is dressed entirely in pink hues and is constructed with mesh, suede, and leather. Soft pink rubber soles with Korea’s hibiscus blossom graphics on the heel and insoles give the classic kicks a unique alteration. The velour covered tongue changes up the classic design as well.

The Women’s Nike Air Max 95 “Mugunghwa” is available now via Nike Korea. A release outside of the country has not been announced, though stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for any updates.
