Original Story (12/27/21): 2022 is set to be a special year for Nike Air Max releases, as the Air Max 1 and Air Max 97 will be celebrating their 35th and 25th anniversaries, respectively. The Swoosh will also be introducing new silhouettes to the mix, including the Air Max Scorpion.
The Nike Air Max Scorpion features a large Air Max bubble unit across the entire length of the sole, broken up into pod-shaped segments. The upper is more with a recycled chenille knit with nappy sections on the tongue and around the collar.
