Nike Is Bringing Back the OG “True Red” Air Zoom Flight 95

The Nike Air Zoom Flight 95 is remembered as Jason Kidd’s footwear of choice early on in his NBA career. However, there were other stars who also rocked the silhouette. Brent Barry famously won the 1996 Dunk Contest in the OG “True Red” colorway.

2022 marks a big year for the silhouette, as Nike is bringing back the OG “Black Metallic” colorway, dropping collabs with Supreme, and possibly remixing the silhouette with Drake and NOCTA. Of course, the OG “True Red” colorway will also be making a return.

The “True Red” Zoom Flight 95 features a white leather upper with a red carbon fiber-like overlay wrapped around the side panels and heel. Additional hits of red are found on the forefoot Swoosh, the bug eyes on the midsole, sockliner, and heel pull tab.

Check out official images of the Nike Air Zoom Flight 95 “True Red” below. Look for these to drop later this year on Nike.com and at select retailers. Stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
